Yes, currently available diagnostic tool like ante natal ISG, we can detect deformities early even before child birth.
Should we terminate pregnancy if my baby diagnosed with deformity?
No, Majority of deformity like clubfoot / DDH (Dislocated Hip Joint) etc are well managed deformity after birth and parents should not take such radical decision before consulting your treating doctors.
